According to the layout of the Park on the next page there will be a possibility for purchasing a “tailor made” plot of land in MoWinPark after
individual consultations:

  • The zones in the northern part of the territory are mostly considered to service commercial activities (firstly retail commercial activity
    investments are suggested on the continuation axle of Királyhidai Street (utca), attracting a large number of population of the town).
  • The zones in the southern part of the territory are firstly considered to be as premises of the enterprises.

The plots of land developed on the territory are suitable for building and will be sold accordingly. At the boundary of each plot of land the
connection is ensured for water, waste water, gas, telecommunications and road, as well as the electricity from the nearby transformers.

The layout shows the conditions of the developed sites with theoretical boundaries considered at the start of the infrastructural investments.
During the sales according to the needs of the enterprises the modification of those theoretical boundaries is possible within a certain limit.
The connection points of the public utilities are developed so as to plan individual hook ups for each settling enterprise.
