Project Background

The Constructing and Town Planning Regulations of Mosonmagyaróvár make it possible to create commercial and servicing sites, and economic sites, too, which do not significantly disturb the neighbourhood. According to such regulations the parameters of building are the following: free standing, premises like, depending on the location on the territory the smallest plot of land can be 900-1500 m2, the largest built-up area can be 40-50% of the whole area and the highest point of the building can be 7,5 and 16 m. The obligatory green area on the plot of land is minimum 20%.


After the general planning and its authorization, the execution started in autumn 2007 with landscaping and setting up the full infrastructure (roads, gas-, water-, waste water pipes, electricity, and telecommunications). According to the deadline of the investment schedule all jobs will be finalized related to the public utilities by June 2008, thus all plots of land will be ready for sale, and ready to start the individual investment projects. All the solid surface roads within the territory of the Park will be ready by the end of 2008.  


Among the long-term projects concerning direct access from MoWinPark to the Highway M1 – at exit 159 km – and the Main Road N° 150 to Bratislava via the ulterior part of the city, to relieve the city centre from heavy traffic as a deviation route, there is a development on the centreline of the Park increasing the capacity of the already existing main road.
